Two projects designed by our office, TOILETOWA and OYAKI FARM, have been featured in the following publications.
TOILETOWA is featured in JIA Architecture Yearbook 2025–2026, published by the Japan Institute of Architects (JIA), as a recipient of the 2025 JIA Sustainable Architecture Award – Second Prize.
OYAKI FARM is featured in Promoting Non-Residential Timber Architecture Using Domestic JAS-Certified Structural Lumber – A Growing Collection of Non-Residential Timber Architecture Case Studies, published by the National Federation of Forest Owners’ Cooperative Associations, as a case study of contemporary timber architecture that makes use of local timber, earth, and traditional carpentry techniques.
Both projects are presented with photographs and accompanying descriptions.
